Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy Context

Noor ILM Academy (owned and operated by Anmol Verma) enforces a strict, transparent Cancellation and Refund Policy to govern the sale of our digital educational assets. Because our business model is entirely based on the immediate, automated delivery of intangible digital goods—including downloadable PDFs, video courses, and proprietary mentorship knowledge—standard return policies applicable to physical retail do not apply.

2. Strict No-Refund Rule for Digital Goods

Due to the intrinsic, easily duplicable nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital asset (or access credential) has been delivered to the customer's provided email address or dashboard, the transaction is non-reversible. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Lack of technical capability to open standard PDF or MP4 files.
  • Failure to read the course description or syllabus prior to purchase.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the educational material.

By completing a purchase on noorilacademy.online, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to waiving any right to a refund.

3. Cancellation of 1-on-1 Virtual Mentorships

For tiers involving live 1-on-1 virtual mentorships, cancellations are not permitted once the payment is processed. However, we allow for the rescheduling of live sessions. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to support@noorilacademy.online at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of that session with zero refund or credit provided.

4. Exceptions: Duplicate Payments & Technical Failures

The only explicit exceptions to this strict No-Refund Policy are limited to the following operational errors:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If a customer is charged twice for the same exact digital product due to a gateway error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.
  • Undeliverable Content: If, due to an insurmountable technical error on our servers, we are entirely unable to provision access to the purchased digital good within 72 hours of purchase, a full refund will be initiated.

5. Refund Processing (For Valid Exceptions)

If a refund is approved under the strict exceptions listed in Section 4, the refund will be processed directly back to the original method of payment used during checkout. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your account. Cash refunds or alternative payment method transfers are strictly prohibited.
